Applicable to the 2.2 HDI, 2.2 JTD Common Rail Diesel engines DW12 on Peugeot, Citroën, Fiat, Lancia.
In a single machining operation, the specially shaped cleaning tool produces a clean finish on the injector mounting hole, the nozzle seal seat and the small aperture leading to the combustion chamber.
Indispensable procedure before re-installing/installing an injector nozzle to avoid leakage between cylinder head and injector nozzle.
