Applicable to Mercedes CDI engines OM 611, 612, 613, 646*, 647 and 648 etc. (*except 646 EVO)

Allows the removal of very tight-fitting or stuck injector nozzles to be performed in situ on the vehicle, without the need for disassembling the cylinder head.

Procedure:
Unscrew nozzle head, screw in pull spindle, insert support rings, push support sleeve over the spindle and screw on shoulder nut. Then, remove nozzle by turning shoulder nut.

Scope of Delivery:
Support sleeve, pull spindle, shoulder nut M16x1.5, support ring, special bit insert 10mm hex, axial bearing, circlip SB35, special socket (waf) 29mm.
