This socket is specifically cut out and designed to allow for the quick and trouble-free loosening and tightening of the union nuts that are found on high-pressure fuel lines.
The special design of the tool – input and output drives are located on the same axis – allow union nuts to be tightened in a controlled manner and to the correct tightening torque. Conventional sockets with an offset shape - where input and output drives are not located on the same axis - distort the tightening torque.
