The injector nozzle puller KL-0186-14 K enables the removal of very tight-fitting/seized injector nozzles to be performed in situ on the vehicle without the need for dismounting the cylinder head.
The special extraction bridge and pull spindle allow the user to extract the injector nozzle quickly and with ease.
The extraction bridge is supported either by the support bolts that are screwed into the locating bores of the valve cover screws (M6) or by the support bars that are positioned on an even surface on the cylinder head. The spacer nuts allow the supporting surfaces to be levelled out, as well as the support bolts in bore holes with insufficient depth to be adjusted correctly.

Note: Thanks to the various upgrade kits, which are available separately as accessories, the injector nozzle puller is also suitable for use on many other Common Rail Diesel engines such as PSA 2.7 and 3.0 Hdi (DT17, DT20), Fiat Ducato and Iveco 2.3, 2.4 and 3.0 JTD, Mercedes CDI (OM651), Renault, Nissan, Opel/Vauxhall 2.2, 2.5 and 3.0 dci (G9T, G9U and ZD3), as well as Toyota 2.2 (2AD-FHV, 2AD-FTV).
